Our Impact
HOW WE CREATE REAL CHANGE
At Empower Trade, we don’t just teach skills, we build sustainable paths out of poverty. By focusing on high-demand trade industries, we equip our community members with the foundation required for lasting career mobility.
Technical Training
Providing accessible, hands-on instructional workshops covering safety, foundational trade math, and industry-standard tool usage.
Dedicated Mentorship
Pairing every participant with seasoned trade professionals who provide career guidance, accountability, and industry networking.
Job Placement
Partnering with local home services and trade employers to connect our graduates directly with sustainable, livable-wage career tracks.
Sustainable Employment & Economic Mobility
The skills gap in the trades presents a massive opportunity. Our programs empower historical underrepresented talent with high-value technical capabilities. By funding training and removing financial barriers, we help individuals transform from entry-level applicants into self-sufficient entrepreneurs and industry leaders.
